The MyBoxing Pro Trainer includes a library of over 250 training videos covering offence, defense, conditioning, and boxing gym equipment. This application includes a completely configurable round timer for both boxing workouts and high intensity interval training. The Round Timer is fully configurable for round length and rest time and plays selections from your music library. The boxing call outs and combinations can be tailored to include more complex moves after you have mastered the basic combos. Use the pre-defined boxing workout routines or create a custom regimen by selecting from a list of common boxing drills.
